Ingredients:
- 2-3 cups of Mint/ Pudina.
- 1 cup of Coriander/Cilantro/Dhania.
- Olive oil.
- 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Salt to taste.
- 1 Green Chili
- 1 of garlic pod.
- 2 -5 tbsp of water.
Method:
- Add mint, coriander, garlic, chili into a blender.
- add the few drops of water to the blender.
- Blend the mixture into a spreadable chutney by adding olive oil to the blender. (Add slowly in small amounts in between two blending cycles).
- Add lemon juice and salt according to your taste.
